What does a software prototype include?
A prototype worth paying for arrives with three things beside it: the technical scope that describes how it gets built, a fixed quotation for building it, and a review where all of it is walked through. The First 72 delivers those four within 72 hours for AED 4,500.
What is the first version?
A high-fidelity prototype of the product: the screens, the flow between them, and the way it behaves under a cursor and a thumb. It is the thing that can be shown to a user, a partner or an investor and understood in a minute.
High fidelity is the load-bearing half of that phrase. A wireframe answers a question about structure; a high-fidelity prototype answers the question a founder is actually carrying, which is whether the thing they imagined is any good.
A focused product can arrive at this stage ready to publish. Where more is required, the prototype is what the production build is measured against.
What is the technical scope?
A written description of how the product gets built: the architecture, the services it depends on, the data it holds, and the decisions that were made rather than deferred.
It exists so the quotation beside it means something. A scope is what turns a number into a commitment; a price offered on its own stays a guess wearing a figure.
It also travels. The scope belongs to whoever paid for it, and it reads the same to any engineering team — which is what makes the decision after the review a genuinely open one.
What is the fixed build quotation?
One number for building the product in full, on the scope that arrived with it. It is issued after the prototype exists, which is what allows it to be a quotation rather than a range.
It stays fixed for the scope it names. Work added later is quoted separately and agreed separately, which keeps both the price and the definition of the work honest.
Approving it moves the project into design completion, engineering, testing and launch with the same team.
What happens in the product review?
One session where the prototype is walked through, the scope is questioned and the quotation is explained. It includes one consolidated revision round.
Consolidated is deliberate. Feedback gathered and applied in one pass produces a better second version than the same feedback arriving as six messages over two weeks, and it keeps the delivery inside the promise.
Everything sent to us stays private, and the service agreement defines ownership of the prototype, the project assets and the production code before work begins.
